The requirements for welding performance vary according to the purpose of the product. A type of tableware generally does not require welding performance, and even includes some pot enterprises. However, most products require good welding performance of raw materials, such as second-class tableware, thermos, steel pipes, water heaters, drinking fountains and so on.
2, corrosion resistance
Most stainless steel products require good corrosion resistance. Stainless steel pipes are like No. 1 or No. 2 tableware, kitchen utensils, water heaters, drinking fountains, etc.. Some foreign businessmen also do corrosion resistance tests on products: warm up to boiling with NACL aqueous solution, pour solution after a period of time, wash and dry. Weight loss to determine the degree of corrosion(Note: When the product is polished, rust spots on the surface will occur due to the presence of Fe in the sand cloth or sandpaper).
3, polishing performance(BQ nature)
At present, stainless steel products are generally polished during production. Only a few products such as water heaters and drinking machines do not need polishing. Therefore, this requires good polishing performance of the raw materials. The main factors that affect the polishing performance are the following:
The material of stainless steel pipe. The hardness is too low, it is not easy to polish(BQ is not good), and the hardness is too low. When the surface is deeply stretched, the orange skin phenomenon is likely to appear, which affects BQ property. High hardness of BQ is relatively good.
2 Surface defects of raw materials. Such as scratches, hemp points, pickling and so on.
3 After deeply stretched products, small black spots and RID GING will also appear on the surface of areas with great deformation, which will affect BQ properties.
